Personality means the character of any person, which s/he has developed, and it attracts everyone towards them. Personality can be regarded as the nature, character or we can say it is a magnetic quality(s) of a person which , like a magnet pull / attract iron towards itself, attract all of us towards a particular person. Be it their body language, intelligence, senses, behaviour , work , merit, talent, achievements, excellence etc. But, if you are asked to name a personality, what will be your answer? Obviously you will or anyone else will tell the name of a person, isn't it so? But you were asked to name a human being's (person's ) qualities not the name, I mean you were supposed to tell abstract ( qualities which can be felt) nouns not the proper noun. These are silly mistakes that you , we and each and everyone make always and not often . But, we deny it simply . Teaching is in no way similar to cooking that there would be a recipe for it , but after reading this article you will get to know that there is one indeed . Teaching is a process of imparting knowledge to others, but surfing the topic in a beautiful way with nice dressings and garnishing it is a challenge. Not all of us can do it nicely and those who know have not learnt it in any of the universities or from books but by observing and thinking like a student whom they have to serve it in the correct place and way. Some times we wonder, how it all became a mystery, a question for all of us when everything was crystal clear before. Maybe it seemed to be but was not at all. One might wonder that what a stupid question, children are children. But no, the question is about the status as you Call it today of a child? Does a child has its own status/reputation and deserves the opportunity and has the ultimate right to protect it ,safeguard it, maintain it. Today modern parents and elders think that a child is nothing, just because they are older children are supposed to serve them respect them and do whatever is ordered to them . But its not like that.
